Join our Insight Experience for Black Heritage Talent

A 2-day immersive experience that could lead to a summer Internship in 2025.

Attracting and developing talent from diverse backgrounds is central to our purpose and culture.

We want to ensure that people from Black Heritage backgrounds consider us, when thinking about a career in the financial sector. By Black heritage, we mean students who might identify as Black, African, Caribbean, Black British or Mixed/Multiple ethnic groups: White and Black Caribbean, White and Black African.

That's where our Insight Experience comes in. It's the perfect opportunity for you to learn more about our business and develop your future professional skills.

What can I expect?

Day one - is an immersive business shadowing experience. You'll get to meet mentors and graduates and see first-hand the work we do to deliver for our customers and clients. You will develop your network, see our purpose led strategy in action and build your business confidence.

Day two - you will join NWG's Black Professional's Network, and award-winning early careers and learning teams in the NatWest Group Bishopsgate Conference Centre @ 250 Bishopsgate, London.As well as connecting with inspiring black colleagues from across the bank for discussions, the day will be made up of interactive sessions focused on skills we think are critical for the future of our industry.

Next steps

After completing the Insight Experience, you'll be invited to attend our virtual assessment centre, where we'll support you in applying for a place on one of our 2025 Internship programmes.

Eligibility

• If you're in the first year of a three-year degree, or 2nd year of a four-year degree programme you can apply to our Insight Experience programme.
• You'll need to be graduating in 2026, but you don't need any specific UCAS points and you don't need to be studying a particular subject.
• To secure a role on our 2025 Internship programme you will need to have the right to work in the UK in 2025.
